[From Madrid LESC meeting] Need for informational alerts/banners/temporary notifications in the app (events, info center, guided processes) so that changes in services/events can be notified, especially in relation to changes related to the pandemic, but not only. The possibility of including them in the Info Portal with an exclamation or novelty sign.

This is not an application to notify alert to population. Also we need to understand better the need what do you want to notify? What can be considered a new change? We are giving information to people that will use that information just once (after you got your document you will not need it anymore for years). Thus please consider the constraint of the application and clarify the request
