As promised in the meeting yesterday, the example of the feedback feature in "Welkom in Antwerpen".
Every entry in the app has this question at the bottom of the page (right above the menu bar): "Did you find a mistake?", when the user clicks on this, they see a simple comment field, they can write their comment and press "send". This goes directly to an email account in Atlas. We see it has been used by both migrants as CSO's to point out small errors or outdated information.
In review, if we could do it over, we would add a field where the commenter can ( if wanted, not obliged) write his e mailadress, this is missing now.
