When you select a topic, it responds to one click only (which is good), but when you accidently double click, which might happen, it goes so fast that the double click actually lands on one of the sub topics so you go immediately in the sub topic and skip the view with the differt options to choose from.
Not sure what the solution could be, but this might happen often when people open the migr app on a desktop or laptop.
