Prepare mockup of application for migrants/Associations #2

We need to have a mokup for the application for the migrants/associations. This could be a single application since both actors could need to relate with each other through the app. The mokup is needed to better collect requirements

In general, we need three views on MICADO which should be included in mockups:

The main goal is to pitch the idea to the user groups and motivate them for the co-creation. Example Use Cases for all user goups were specified and should be included into the mockups. This could be done by preparing stories for the differen user groups (User A wans to find a doctor speaking his/her language; User B has to answer a press-request and needs information on a certain topic; User C needs a translator for medical topics).

Hi Luca. Thank you for working out a first draft! Some remarks from my side: I think in general the mockup needs more storytelling to be comprehensible to non-tech stakeholders whom we will have to show these in order to get them onboard. That could be pointing out specific steps of actions (initial interest - interaction - outcome). These need to be included for the three target groups Benedikt mentioned. They will have access to the same application but probably different views (like frontend/backend or so). You can extract the three possible use cases from the material from the HH brainstorm session.

In the project application we introduced using chatbots, so that idea could be included in the mockup. This chatbot could ask: "Hi! Can I help you with one of these topics?" And then the 5 domains (housing, education, health, employment, participation) could be options.

Regarding the first page of the static template: You included three domains, I think these should be the four domains we included plus the new (participation) in order to be complete. The notification could already point to something of interest to make the mockup more target group-friendly. Something like "Your friend xy has found a new job" Or "The cultural center xy is having a meetup on sunday" or the like.
