Define tasks data structure

The PA gives the migrant a task list.

The migrant will thus have a new table with the following data: Task_list table

• id
• list title
• list date creation

A task list items table

• id
• task list id
• task_type (foreign key to the specific task)
• validated by (the user that validated the task)
• validation date
