Enhancement: videoconference platform #20

It might be stretching it a bit too much, but for Madrid LESC it would be interesting to have a videoconference platform both for individual calls and for group online training. Also for certain proceedings that are now done by WhatsApp video call due to Covid.

You are right: you stretched it a bit too much. A lot of things could be nice to add but effort is limited. We have a chat platform in the architecture and it could be possible to evaluate to use that but is a remote possibility.

@gioppoluca this is something we discussed in one of our local group meetings. Given our expertise in videoconference systems, this could be something we do end to end: from frontend to deployment. Our OpenVidu open source videoconference platform can be easily embedded in Vue apps, and is deployed using Docker containers. We might basically need a messaging system to notify migrants that a given CSO representative is available to talk to them. Maybe this feature could be provided using the chat.
