Guided Processes: Display CSO comments more prominently #121

If a new comment arrives, it should be indicated already by the overview, otherwise the user needs to click through each process to see if a new comment has arrived

This is a problem since we do not have a date in the comments so we do not have means to know that there is a new comment. Than we need to define what "new" means since new for which user? If I opened MICADO 3 weeks ago a lot of comments probably are new for me, fot you maybe only the last and we do not want at this stage of the project start imple,menting these sort of controls. We could define that new is something that has been published x hours ago, but again if you do not use the application costantly you loose the information.
