3 years ago Can you send me the spreadsheet so i can check it out? The sure way to make it work is the following:
- download the template from the app;
- open it with Excel ow Libre office calc;
- fill in the columns, putting as many commas you wish in a single column;
- save the compiled template and upload it. I tested it with the Process.csv process you can see in the process list. The description has three commas and gave me no problem.

Hi all,
I do not succeed to do a batch upload of a CSV doc when there are commas in the description. Is it possible to help me out with this? It will be unavoidable to have commas in the descriptions of our texts. The original writing was done in a google spreadsheet, it is possible to download this as a CSV file, but when uploading in Micado, the results do not appear. Matthias from Digipolis tried to help me out but we didn't find a solution.
Related to this: there is no error message when the upload is not successful, maybe it would be helpful to have this?
