I do know that categories may be removed anyway.
On which app? On what feature? Have you created and published a category previously?
CSO app, entering new event feature, I have not. But this was noted down during our pre-testing, so this represents that our tester wasn't able to do that,
If a category doesn't exist, it can't be selected. It is true that it should warn the user that no categories exist. We will add a warning for this.
Oh, of course; but there were some categories in that menu. Do you want me to recreate that and post a screenshot? If yes, I might do it in the afternoon. (a no-category might be a nice thing regardless, thank you)

"Select category" menu doesn't work, it doesn't execute (you press on one and nothing happens).
