Migration in figures: data provider and updated time are hardcoded #176

In board view, charts' updated time is hardcoded to 2019.07 and data provider to EU

fixed in f67134e29ccb4dcc08256578361b826374beafe4 in order to work, two columns need to be added to micadoapp.charts:

  1. provider: character (max length 100)
  2. updated: date
