PA labels

• Title “Micado App” -> “MICADO” or “MICADO for public authorities”
• “Migration situation monitor. Dashboards and charts of migration situation” -> especially the word “migration situation” is not clear. Suggestion: “Migration context (title). Overview of local migration statistics (subtitle)”
• “Migrant management” -> since you don’t really manage migrants, the naming needs to be improved Suggestion: “Management accounts migrants. An overview of the individual accounts of migrants enrolled” or “Overview individual accounts”
• “CSO admin management” -> write this in full or shorter Suggestion: “Civil society organisations. Overview accounts civil society organisations”
• “Guided processes” -> very specific terminology. Subtitle “Management of guided processes”/”management of flowcharts”
• “Information centre” -> what exactly will be done here? Please clarify (change subtitle “manage the information” -> “Input information for migrants”?
• “Events” -> add subtitle “Event manager”
• “MICADO stats” -> “MICADO App usage. Statistics on usage of app”
• “Settings” -> “Data management MICADO App”

• Title: I would suggest to use "MICADO for public authorities" since like this it is instantly clear for whom the APP is for
• Migration situation monitor: I like the suggestion, but I am not 100% sure if the word "context" will be very clear. My suggestion would be just "Migration statistics" with the already proposed subtitle of "Overview of local migration statistics"
• Migrant management: I would propose to keep it short and simple. Instead of Migrant management, we could just use "Account management" with the subline " Overview of individual accounts"
• CSO admin management: great suggestion, I would also go along with "Civil society organisations" as the title with e "Overview of civil society organisation accounts" as the subtitle
• Guided Processes: I think as well we can keep that as the title and go with "Management of guided processes" as the subtitle
• Information centre: Title can stay as it is - subtitle suggestion: "Useful information for migrants" edit: in case "Information centre" is not clear enogh we could go along with "Useful Information"
• Events: "Event manager" or maybe "Event management" as subtitle? I believe both would be okay
• MICADO stats. I fully agree with the suggestion
• Settings: I feel we could keep "Settings" as the title and use "Data management MICADO App" as the subtitle

Thanks for the suggestions, I also talked to the Antwerp team, I would suggest the following: Home → Migration Statistics - Overview of local migration statistics Migrant management → Migrant user administration - View and manage accounts and integration plans of users (hopefully not too long) CSO admin management → Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) - View and manage CSO accounts Guided processes → Guided Processes - Management of guided processes Information centre → Information hub - View and manage information for migrants Events → Events - View and manage events MICADO stats → MICADO App Usage - Statistics of app usage Glossary → Glossary - View and manage glossary entries MICADO Bot → MICADO Bot - Manage and train the MICADO Chatbot Settings → Data management and settings

The only possible issue I see and what you already mentioned is with the subline of the "Migrant user administration". I think we should just try it out and if it's too long and doesn´t fit within 2 rows below the title we can still shorten it. Maybe just "View and manage accounts and integration plans" (without "of users" at the end, since the users are already mentioned in the title).

I like the rest of them as they are and would go along with them

Dear Leo,

Maybe you can discuss this with other members of the MICADO team, but as for as I am concerned, I think the term “integration” is difficult to realise at the individual level. This means that there should not be the term “integration” in the app as this is something impossible to realise. But I can imagine that many other people have different views on that. “Activities” or “Actions” would be my preferred choice.
