Added link to Carnegie Mellon University article outlining the duties, skills, and Knowledge of a Software Architect.

Does this relate to "front-end" architecture? Or just simply software architecture?

@micahgodbolt - The CMU article relates to software architecture in general, but I believe the many of the skills and duties discussed apply to both Software Architects and Front-End Architects.
