[bug] a lot of errors while logged into a banned account #31

While logged into a banned account the app will encounter many errors and some crashes due to not being able to access certain API endpoints.

This can be solved by limiting functionality of a banned user and sending them to a page within the app that explains that they've been banned and shows their recent admin messages.
