Th Hours field should not display on a dept page if there is no data submitted via workarea screen shot 2014-09-08 at 8 34 24 am

Lisa, can the "HOURS" headline disappear in this instance as well? screen shot 2014-09-10 at 8 59 07 pm

The hours don't display as long as Are your department's hours the same Monday through Friday? is selected as Yes. Look at the President's House to see it working correctly.
