Pages folder of Illustration #75

Lisa, there's some kind of contact form in the "Pages" folder under Illustration that you added on 9/12. What is that? Can we move it if you need it? The Illustration page (http://info.risd.edu/illustration/) is linking to it.

It is not my form. This form was originally created and placed in the Illustrations folder by Rachael DuMoulin. I noticed it when I was creating the approval flow for each folder. I moved it into the Pages folder since it didn't belong in the root Illustrations folder. I don't have an opinion one way or another about whether it is kept or deleted.
