Commercial flagged recordings that are started 1min or more early are not recognized by MythBox as having commercial skip points #175

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Record a program with the "start early" parameter set to +1 or more
2. Browse recording in MythBox
3. Commercial breaks identified as 'none' and 'play+skip' unavailable

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Commercial breaks identified as 'none' and 'play+skip' unavailable.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.3 (same result on 1.0.4)

I also experience this using mythbox 1.0.4 and a mythtv 0.23.1 backend.
