MythBox won't start when using advancedsettings.xml #207

As far as I can tell MythBox won't start if you use the following in 
advancedsettings.xml:

<pathsubstitution>
  <substitute>
     <from>special://masterprofile/Thumbnails/</from>
     <to>smb://192.168.1.25/thumbs/</to>
  </substitute>
</pathsubstitution>

I have tried it on an ATV 1 & 2, Linux and OS X.  Same problem.  I have 
attached a copy of the log where it crashes.
