We should look over all Base, Artifacts, and Echoes cards and make sure we have a consistent story for which colors players are allowed to choose when they are forced to splay something (so this excludes cards which say "You may splay").
Globe says "You may return up to three cards from hand of the same color. If you return one, splay any color left; two, right; three, up. If you returned at least one card, draw and foreshadow a 6." This implementation needs to be updated according to https://boardgamegeek.com/thread/1382471/kobukson-must-splay-non-left-splayed-color (even though there's no official answer).
Let's go through all of the cards and see if there are any other cards which need to be updated.
