Add vdiskmanager_bin_path to examples #18

Without setting these variables the deployment will fail due to an empty bin path.

Thanks for the PR, apologies for the extremely late reply. With release 2.0.0, I removed the dependency on vdisk-manager and instead use ovftool do the same operation.

If you are use a more recent release, you should be able to remove these variables. I'm going to close for now but if you have any issues, feel free to post.
