I have come up with a common interface for the medulla drivers, for both SOEM 
and EtherLabs. Currently, the drivers are using an SOEM-specific interface. 
They should be changed to use a common interface and moved into their own 
package to facilitate switches between EtherLabs and SOEM if switching becomes 
necessary.

be very useful.
