Master watchdog triggering when logging. #124

Controller seems to miss cycles when running the data logging. Sometimes this 
causes the master watchdog to trip.

I made the EtherCAT connector print to console when missed deadlines occur, and 
the only time I ever saw this occur was when Kit was unplugging an EtherCAT 
cable.

Not sure why the EStops were occuring, though.
