Develop a demo controller for NY trip. #130

We need to port the demo controllers. Orders of priority (once the framework is 
in place):

1) Aggressive running controller.
2) Range of motion.
3) Oval in horizontal plane.
4) Force control

For the leg swing GUI, I need the following controls:
Frequency (Hz)
Leg magnitude
Hip magnitude
Sweep versus extend (two states).
