boom needs calibration of y and z axes after repair last night

Since I'm not going to be around the next couple of days (family emergency), 
someone else should do this. For those of you who don't know, I've made a new 
wiki page with a brief description of the calibration methods, including those 
for the boom's Z and pitch axes.

I'll go ahead and make an attempt to calibrate the boom without use of the 
digital level -- it would be nice not to need that level to calibrate. If not, 
then we can get the level and I'll use that.

Okay, I've calibrated the Z encoder (without the digital level!), and told the 
pitch encoder that the locked position is upright (which is close).

When the body is next unlocked, I should re-calibrate the pitch encoder.
