no communication to GUI #162

After git pull and rosmake on both computers there is no data displayed on the 
GUI.
Michael suspects it to be a rtt-ros integration glitch, as he checked that ROS 
does not receive data from the robot.

A few days ago, I removed atrias_shared's dependency on rtt because the 
GuiPublishTimer was no longer being built. Try adding that back in.

problem was solved by compiling the component for medulla firmware by hand. 
That problem might have been caused by an incomplete compile due to a power 
outage on the robot computer.
