controller generation script #163

Check if the controller already exists after the name for the controller was 
entered.
Maybe check, if the folder is empty rather than, if the folder exists.

Maybe also allow for choosing the number of subcontrollers of one type to be 
added.

This script needs to be reworked. Instead of doing all the subcontroller work 
for you, it should just spit out a very basic template controller, and set the 
name correctly.
