logging causes crash in OROCOS deployer #173

When logging is started on the GUI computer (check box), errors occur in the 
orocos deployer window and the rosbag process dies (tested with atc_eq_point 
and atc_joint_position)

This is caused by the library path not being set up correctly for sudo. If you 
first change to the root user with:
sudo su
Then start the deployer without sudo, logging should work.
