Fix component instance name in template-generated ATC #180

The templates do not generate a correct component instance name. The templates 
(and script, possibly?) should be changed to fix this issue.

Also, rtt_rosnode should be a dependency in the manifest.xml of every 
controller, which has not been updated in the templates.
