Missing packages when making ROS on RTAI kernel

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. checkout svn repository
2. rosmake
3. roslaunch atrias_sim

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Gazebo and GUI expected, errors for GUI and controller output displayed.
Missing packages:

GUI
- ros-electric-rtt-*
- ros-electric-orcos-toolchain
CONTROLLER
- librtai.dev

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Linux 2.5.32.11-rtai-3.8.1 on zotac-5, ATRIAS svn rev. 993

Please provide any additional information below.
Please document the installation of the missing packages or include them where 
needed.

"Missing" packages due to obsolete dependencies in atrias_controller_switcher. 
Fixed.
