Modularize GUI. #67

Currently, all tabs for the various controllers are hard-coded into a single 
binary. It should be possible to hotplug a "subGUI" into a main GUI wrapper, of 
sorts, so it is unnecessary to recompile the entire GUI every time we make a 
change to a single tab.

One idea is to have the subGUI be a part of a single controller package in the 
proposed new atrias_controllers scheme as described in Issue 65.
