Leg Position Controller needs to update GUI with current position #75

In the previous GUI version, the controller GUI updated with the current 
position of the leg. This functionality is not present in the new version.

To fix this issue, GUI plugin libraries need to have an additional function 
that will run when the controller is loaded but not enabled. That function 
could then be used to update the GUI with values acquired from the robot.

The Leg Position Controller now has a check box to enable the setting of the 
sliders to the robot's current position while the controller is disabled.
