Fix naming conventions #91

Some of our names on robot state can be confusing. Better names should be 
investigated.

Examples:
rotorAngle -> This is no longer even equal to the actual rotor angle!
motorAngle -> This describes the output of the harmonic drive.

halfA.legAngle versus just the leg angle... versus the "hip angle."

Why did I do lLeg.halfA? Mixed conventions there (lLeg has left first... halfA 
has part A last).

Closing as WontFix -- if anyone really cares, we can fix this, but for the 
foreseeable future, parallel development will make fixing this without 
collisions difficult.
