Spam right click and shift on a bed

Also happens when spam entering/exiting minecarts

Likely caused by the teleportation exemption not working (for some reason)

It appears that mounting and sleeping now work differently. Needs further research - no additional packets are sent

Has been fixed in the 4.1-Release
