Conda .yml hangs indefinitely on build #143

On macOS Big Sur 11.3, setup fails when running conda env create -f micasense_conda_env.yml

conda hangs indefinitely at Solving Environment.

It looks like the most recent PR failed CI for a similar reason

Fixed with #144.
