Fix Conda Build #144

-Update env.yml to avoid hanging during build. -Update .gitignore to exclude PyCharm files.

Thanks for this @and-viceversa. I only have one concern - imageio was removed but it's used in some of the notebooks. Do you mind adding that back in and once that builds I can merge?
