Adding Port Forwarding rule doesn't seem to work #99

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Network/Firewall page
2. At "Port Forwarding", fill in a new line with a "Name", "Destination
Port", and "To IP Address", then press <enter>
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected behavior would be a new line appearing at the "Port
Forwarding" section, allowing to add more rules. What happens instead is
that a line disappears from the "Forwarding Configuration" section! (The
"Allow traffic originating from lan to wan" one)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and web
browser?
r13370, didn't work with earlier wersion either. Xpsp3enu, Firefox 3.0.4

Please provide any additional info below.
If i click on "Review Changes (1)", it says "-firewall.cfg0c7a91"! Of
course i didn't commit it, but tried it with an earlier revision. Had to
reflash as i locked out myself......
I get the same bogus behaviour if i try adding a rule to the "Incoming
Ports" section.

Add an accept for the port or port range and it should work.

The same thing happens to me. If you fill out a Destination and To Port then it
will
save, then you can remove the Destination port. THEN it wont work, but it will
show
up there.

I've spent _several_ hours tinkering with port forwarding on this and sometimes
it
works, sometimes it doesn't and sometimes it only works if a restart the router
physically.

tekproxy: r4648 should fix some of these usability issues on the page itself.

ivbela: We detemined the issue you are seeing is that the focus of the enter
key is
not the save button and I still am unsure of how to fix that.

leleovargas: Can you provide me what you are adding into the fields that is
failing?
