Can't download KADIS700 dataset #5

I want to adapt your model for AGIQA3k dataset. But I can't do that because I can't load data from http://database.mmsp-kn.de/kadid-10k-database.html. Can you please upload your data to something like cloud storage please? I can give you access to yandex disk with 3 terrabytes free space for this

I am not sure I understand your problem, but to download the KADIS700 dataset you have to use the link that you can find in the "Downloads" section of the page you linked. The direct link is this one or this one.
