Add Linux support #29

Excellent, lgtm 👍

Will merge as soon as I have fixed the CI build, was using AppVeyor but it's been a bit since it has been built so pretty sure the configuration is out of date. I want to swap it out for Github Actions anyway, just need to set aside a bit of time to get it configured.

Great, thanks for your feedback. Looking forward to the change. I'll see if I can find some time to prepare moving the CI.
