Mekanism break compatiblity #4056

The newest 1.12.2 version from mekanism break the support for other power wires like Immersive Engineering, EnderIO, Draconic Evolution. The input side works normal but when I place a cable at the output side the cable wont transfer any energy expect the galacticraft and mekanism wires. It does alos not work when I downgrade Galacticraft or Mekanism.

Minecraft version: 1.12.2-14.23.5.2854 Galacticraft version ("latest" is not a valid option): 1.12.2-4.0.2.280

Single player (SP), Multiplayer (MP), or SP opened to LAN (LAN)? If MP server, please mention if it has Sponge, AtomMC, BukkitForge, BungeeCord etc. Singelplayer

Any Galacticraft add-ons installed? Please list all of them: no

Can be fixed by going into the galacticraft config-folder and opening the "power-GC3.conf" file. By setting this values B:"Disable INPUT of Mekanism energy"=true B:"Disable OUTPUT of Mekanism energy"=true to true everything will work again. (Though I should write the solution if someone have the same problem and dont know a solution for it)
