[Phase 2 (Core)] Index Swapper Course Index

Phase 2 aims to start the index swapper application, define the CourseIndex model, API, and sample data ready. Here are the TODOs expected:

• Add CourseIndex & SwapRequest initial model, make migrations, setup admin page
• Add BS4, web scraper to get CourseIndex from NTU's website, and endpoint to perform population
• Store the CourseIndex as fixtures for further testing purposes
• API to get all CourseIndex, alongside query params to pagination / search / filter / sort
• API to get a CourseIndex in detail, along with parsing, storage, and retrieval of information
• API to get all Courses, alongside query params too
• API to get all CourseIndex given a course code
• Test cases for all the above, complete with permissions & security
