Change config file location #2

Great script!! I'd suggest changing the config file location to 
~/.config/google or ~/.config/google-contacts-sync just to keep config files in 
a consistent location across applications. Or perhaps setting a default 
location and adding a switch. 

I'd suggest switching to argparse instead of using  sys.argv. It's much cleaner 
and more flexible.
