EportAPI Asterisk: Only export extensions if none of the variables were empty #24

When using the Asterisk exporter, entries for the dialplan can be exported. In these entries, one or multiple variables can be used. The diaplan entry will only be exported, if one of the variables were set.

This behavior should be changed to only export dialplan entries, if all variables were set and not null.
