ExportAPI: ExternalSystemOpennms - export SNMP information #38

At the moment, the OpenNMS Exporter (ExternalSystemOpennms) only creates OpenNMS nodes. It would be nice to also create SNMP configuration for the nodes.

Implementation done. Test with the import of 1000 nodes took 5 minutes on a test system. This is because OpenNMS needs a REST call for every IP address for which SNMP information should be set.
