PL file selection for Zero and E-101 mk2 #36

At the moment Zero loads PL_N0B and E-101R loads PL_P0B. While correct according to the naming scheme, PL_10B should be loaded instead for both of these because both of the battles happen when the Egg Carrier has sunk.

I don't know whether PL_N0B and PL_P0B are used elsewhere, but they don't fit the above two.

It turns out I was wrong, and the PL files are actually used correctly. The noticeable lighting differences are probably because of the landtable specular thing. It was just a coincidence that it looked "normal" with the Emerald Coast's palette.
