Endless rumble #8

if two calls to rumble the large motor happen in quick succession, the motor can get stuck on. In this case, it can be reproduced using the dash panel and a bit of trickery. It might have to do with control being disabled.

Seems to be fixed thanks to 4465b49 and e9173c8
