This can be found in the n-panel on the Compositor view
Run Enable Use Nodes and Set Up GT Tonemapper
Enable Use Nodes simply enables the checkbox to Use Nodes
Set Up GT Tonemapper requires the .blend file and will then create the default nodes and wire them up
Refactoring
Only create UV1 UV map when using Blender's FBX Import
Other Notes:
Need to look into another way to create/modify nodes in Compositor/Node Viewer view because the current implementation requires access the UI
This means the bpy.context needs to be in the Compositor view and if you try to run headless automated tests, you have no UI and thus, no way to create in Compositor view?
Also, you can't run EXEC_DEFAULT (w/ no file explorer windows appearing) and try changing bpy.context to Compositor view at the same time — Blender needs to have a tick to update the UI, which doesn't happen when chaining EXEC_DEFAULT Operators
