feat: Performance Toggle Optimization #65

Creates a HELPER material which is simply an Image Texture node connected to a material output
And Disables outlines from Viewport

These two combined allows an animator or artist to pose a character without lagging while the shader is enabled.

Includes a setup_wizard/optimization/emissive_optimizer_helper_template.blend that will be appended to the scene upon enabling the performance toggle
