Support sending postcards #31

This is blocked on having unique usernames in order to address a message to a user.

Build a form based on successive inputs. Store the form variables in the existing server-side session.

Add links below the body such as (add line), (clear), (send).

I would like to require spending currency to buy a "postcard" to send a message. Both as a way to prevent spam, and to give something interesting to spend currency on.

I would like to add a "send postcard" on the user page when visited through the community garden. This would remove needing to manually type in the username and get the spelling correct.
