Add option to hide URL and the new lines between entries. #556

For some people, the URL line is useless as it takes one line in the terminal. The same for that empty line between posts and comments.

I think making these configurable is a good idea. Both cases should be fairly easy to implement. Might as well make the "help" line at the bottom configurable at the same time.

Would be nice to be able to hide the order bar as well.
