Lock distance from bottom #672

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As I scroll through posts, once I hit the bottom of the screen the next posts are only shown one at a time.

Describe the solution you'd like Maintain a buffer of some number of posts between the currently selected post and the bottom of the screen.

Additional context Maybe let the user

Vim has this setting scrolloff. It would be great if rtv would support something similar!
