[BUG] Size of ticker text field #38

Describe the bug The line of ticker text is disturbing when there is little ticker text.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Vertretungsplan' or 'Dashboard'
  2. See error

Expected behavior The line of the ticker text should behave dynamically in relation to the ticker text.
